Welcome to the Mind Matters blog!

For those of you that don't know me yet, hi! I'm Hollie.

It's been a long-standing dream of mine to have a creative writing outlet, and a space to share what's on my mind. As you'll soon find out - there's a lot! My brain is quite the talkative one.

I'm also passionate about learning how our minds work, and deeply curious about what goes on inside them. Now I have the opportunity to explore both areas of interest, and I hope you'll join me in this endeavor.

Mind Matters will focus mainly on topics relating to mental health, well-being, and personal development, and I aim to write about things that will challenge your perspectives, inspire compassion towards yourself and others, and help you navigate this crazy thing called 'life' with a bit more intention.

I also hope that my writings will allow the local community to get to know me, and my approach, a little better. Comments and feedback on articles are encouraged and welcomed - just shoot me a message via the contact page.

I look forward to hearing from you :)

Articles will appear monthly in the Coastal Column the Bicheno Forward, and the Valley Voice, but also here on ccstas.com.au

"Explore your mind, discover yourself, then give the best that is in you to your age and to your world. There are heroic possibilities waiting to be discovered in every person."
