Cancellation Policy

If attending your first online appointment with us, we ask that payment be made before session start. This gives us confirmation that the booking is legitimate, and is going ahead. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 24 hours. No shows and late cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee. Thank you~
